1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Unopened and Unused Non-Perishables: Certain shelf-stable, non-perishable products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they remain sealed and unused.

⚠️ Important Note: Due to the perishable and high-value nature of our specialty items—including Caviar, Saffron, Truffle products, and Wagyu Beef—we are unable to accept returns of opened, temperature-sensitive, or used products for food safety reasons.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@mivasopic.com or call (225) 775-4883 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer care team will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

  3. Prepare the Package: Use the original packaging when possible. Clearly include your RA number, receipt, or order confirmation inside the package.

  4. Ship the Return: Unless the item is damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate the refund process:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider’s timeline.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened or temperature-sensitive items like Caviar, Wagyu, or fresh Truffle).

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, used, or consumed.

  • Items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable during checkout.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item or want a different one, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return Shipping: Paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or product damage).

  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable except when the return is a result of a shipping or product error on our part.


7. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

We strive to ensure that all orders arrive in excellent condition. However, if your item is damaged or defective:

  • Provide supporting photos of the damaged product and packaging.
