  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order details, including product(s) purchased and estimated shipping dates.

  • Shipping Time: After your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method. Delivery times vary based on the shipping option chosen and the destination.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the weight and size of the items you order, as well as the shipping method and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our website or contact customer support for current free shipping promotions.
  • International Shipping: At this time, Mivasopic only ships to U.S. addresses and does not offer international shipping.

6. Shipping Address

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Mivasopic is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided during checkout.
  • Address Changes: Once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. If there is an issue with your shipping address, please contact us immediately, and we will try to assist before your order is dispatched.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) with your tracking number to file a claim. Mivasopic is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they have been marked as delivered.

  • Stolen Packages: If your package is stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting local authorities and filing a report. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for stolen packages.

  • Perishable Items: We may use specific packaging or delivery methods for perishable items (such as cheeses, chocolates, or other delicate products) to ensure they arrive in good condition. Some perishable items may not be eligible for certain shipping methods due to temperature sensitivity.

  • U.S. Shipping Only: Currently, Mivasopic only ships products within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
