Package the Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, along with the RA number and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake we made (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the items arrive safely.
3. Refund Process
